1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, logging in, or making a transaction on TemanPatungan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
TemanPatungan provides shared premium subscriptions (such as streaming services) on a slot-sharing basis. We purchase official plans from the providers and allocate access to multiple users. You are not transacting with strangers — all slots are managed by TemanPatungan.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Account credentials received through the service are for your personal use only and must not be shared with third parties. Misuse may result in suspension without refund.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are processed via our payment provider or manual transfer. Subscription pricing is shown on each plan page and may change over time; paid transactions are not affected. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after a set period. Subscriptions are active for the period you selected and may be renewed before expiry.
5. Warranty & Refunds
We provide a replacement guarantee for the active subscription period. If an account has issues while your subscription is active, contact us and we will provide a replacement slot. Cash refunds are not guaranteed; our primary resolution is slot replacement.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not share credentials outside your own use, attempt to reverse engineer or attack the service, abuse the API, or impersonate others. Violations may result in account suspension without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the transaction in question. We are not responsible for third-party service outages.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
